This home was in need of an extensive interior remodel but one that balanced the Craftsman bones of the home with the modern conveniences of today’s lifestyle. The design called for an open kitchen with large dining area. The Chelsea team vaulted and beamed the dining area ceiling and created an expansive opening to the rear patio with retractable patio doors. The program also included a renovation of the bedrooms and bathrooms and family room where we vaulted the ceiling and added rough-hewn beams to bring volume and character to the space. A reimagining of the hardscape and the addition of a fire pit seating area completed this whole-house renovation project.
